05 Mar 2008 - Broome - Sixten flew in from Perth. It was loverly to see him, he only had an overnighter in Broome on his way by chopper to an oil rig out there in the Timor Sea somewhere. They needed him to re-wire, fix, instal etc etc telecommunications whilst he and the rig travelled south down the west coast, I don't understand why he didn't bring Julie and Amy to visit us as well????? The pic on the right is Broome in "flood" there was approx 2.5 inches on this day, the most rain we saw for the whole of the wet season, but before you can say kookaburra, the water has receded and then everyone carries on as per normal!!!!!
