18 June 2008 Perth to Broome - up and atem - 4:00am and it is 4 degrees, the coldest morning so far this year for Perth - hmpf - hmpf. Farewell to my lovely friend, we had a fun time - I can't tell you how lovely it was to see Cathie. Anyway, into a taxi this time, onto the plane, back to Broome and at work again by 10:30 am and in 30 degrees again. What a whiz bang tour of Perth, but we had a ball, thank you Cathie.....
17 June 2008 Freo to Perth - ok, end of history lessons, Cathie and margo head back into Perth (by train this time) and straight to David Jones and Myers and yay - big shops, stuff and more stuff. But then alas back to our apartment at Mounts Bay Waters and takeaway dinners on the lounge in our jammies and laughing out loud, and yapping and more yapping and off to bed early - yes early, and back to Broome tomorrow very early.
