18 Apr 2008 - Broome to Cygnet Bay - There is a very stange sign just out of Broome that says NO DOGS ALLOWED on the Cape Leveque Road to David's Pearl Farm. Tilly and Margo just don't understand............as you can see........ Today was not a good trip. We saw a beautiful little caravan on the side of the road about 10km short of the bitumen. It belongs to Tack and Bev, and the poor little thing wasn't gonna make it all the way to the Pearl Farm, they had tried to keep the van together with 100 mile an hour tape, but alas, that was not gonna happen. Within about 4 hours of Margo and Tilly seeing the van it was burnt to the ground by who knows who???????? Interestingly, there has been a Magna on the side of the road for months, and it is still untouched. I wonder who destroyed Tack and Bev's beautiful little van. It's a shame isn't it.......
