21 Mar 09 - Broome - Irish Joe & Kathdja's double birthday party - and it was a "Communist Party", we all had to wear red and/or dress like a Communist. Mojito's were the favoured alcohol - its a traditional Cuban highball drink - very easy to drink on a hot summers night - yum!!!!
A Mojito is traditionally made of five ingredients: white rum, sugar cane juice, lime, carbonated water, and "yerba buena" (aka Cuban mint). It was a great party, thanks to Joe & Kathdja !!!!
