09 May 09 - Cable Beach - and off we went at 8:00 pm until 10:40 pm for a little treasure hunting with DB's new metal detector.......it was a beautiful night with a full moon and clear sky, and yes David reaped in the rewards - as you can see, a lovely pair of blue thongs, 13 varieties of bottle tops, 8 rusty unnamed bottle tops, 4 pieces of foil, 2 bobby pins, 1 ring pull, and THE BIG FIND $5.89 (including 2c and 1c pieces).........yay.......straight to Maccas for a chocolate shake - to share that is! A great night though, and a bounty to boot !
