13 Jun 09 - Cygnet Bay - Paula the Wwoofer and margo headed out with poodle in a farm ute to get some supplies from the store 15km up the road at One Arm Point (aka Bardi Ardyaloon) , but as soon as we left the farm driveway and turned right, we were stopped by this sign. On further investigation we found that the Aboriginals were having a 3 day event called "Law" - at which time we think there is corroborees, fires, food and I don't know what else, but apparently the indigenous women are allowed to attend but stay completely segregated from the men. I don't think I can find out any more, it's all rather hush hush stuff, but if I can, then, watch this space!
