10 Feb 2012 DB took me up around the mining sector and where he works. Nebo first and then to Moranbah, which, unlike other mining towns, Moranbah town was specifically built as a mining town, therefore they have lots of facilities, a lot more than pearling in the Kimberley......for starters they have green grass, concrete footpaths, houses with garages and air-cons and pools and everything, I hear the folks around here complain, but they really should try something more beautiful and harsh and challenging and incredible......The Kimberley is really amazing and truly remote and remarkable, I was gobsmacked to see how easy life is here.
