8 - Broome - yep, its another "Staircase to the Moon" and although the pic doesn't show it well, as usual it was very beautiful and mesmerizing watching and waiting as the moon rises slowly from the east out of Roebuck Bay to shine its reflections on the sand ripples of the low tide to form those lovely steps to the moon. This "Staircase" margo and poodle headed up to the Broome Golf Club to watch the event. The Broome Golf Club is the only hill in Broome (oh, maybe there is one more hill) and if one had the time, one could sit at the Golf Club and watch the sun rise out of the ocean in the morning, turn one's chair 180 degrees and watch the sun set in the ocean at dusk, then, hoping not to get dizzy, turn one's chair 180 degrees again at moonrise to watch the "Staircase". What a fab place, perched on top of this lone hill it was as usual very lovely to see the rare and natural phenomenon of the "Staircase to the Moon".......................
