1 Nov 08 Broome - Janet Sinclair bites the dust too and she heads off to Perth and Canberra, so David and I and Toohey and Sharon did the big farewell thing at Broome International Airport, and - get this - margo got into the posh Members Lounge for the first time ever - very exciting luv, free peanuts !!!
31 Oct 08 Broome - Alan Hopcraft departs the Peninsula - Al is the Farm Manager of Cygnet Bay Pearl farm - and a really nice boss to David - he has lots of smarts about him, and he is off for 3 months or so and hopefully back to the farm then, sad to see him go, hope he does come back...... we will catch him somewhere else down the track someday.
