MV Windward - 23 July 2009 LAND AHOY me maties! Yay, we made it, 11:00 pm we dropped the pick - 1800 nautical miles, 4 blokes and this sheila, a lovely rusty old pearling boat and 9 days at sea - with no plank walking, keel hauling or mutiny! Absolutely fabulous trip, perfect conditions, following seas and following breeze, we could not have asked for anything better, and crikey what an experience, but wait, there's more - tomorrow morning we will be able to see where exactly we are!
