04 Jan 08 - Fitzroy Crossing - still - the harmonic balance thingy arrived!!!! yay!!!!! DB fitting it as we speak..........he also installed an outdoor fan for me, and I love it, very nice indeed. Margo went driving this morning to find Malcolm and give him a good hard boab nut for carving. I walked for ages around every boab tree I could find looking for the perfect mysterious boab nut. I drove through the communities, where members were pushing their cars onto footpaths, the housing has been painted a different colour of the rainbow for each house (Malcolm lives in a blue one.........nah nah nah, notthatone, thatoneoverthere..........) the camp dogs all look a bit skinny to me and so it goes. As Malcolm not home, but it is 11.45 am he should be at the Crossing Inn soon cause it opens at midday. Yep there he is and I present him with my one and only beautiful boab nut for him to carve. We shall see what happens tomorrow. The cyclone has gone away, but there is another low building up by Derby. Oops nearly forgot to let you know about the Singapore Ants here, they infest in approximately 1 -2 hours, sprinkle ant sand everwhere here as soon as you arrive, or wait for them to eat through rubber, electrical wiring, etc......
